Description
Description The Medasil silicone bite - guard originally designed in conjunction with operating theatre personnel and leading surgeons. Helps to prevent broken or chipped teeth during intubation, bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy, tonsillectomy, and tooth extraction. Minimizes tooth injury: One third of all anesthesia malpractice suits involve teeth damaged from intubation. Indication: Protection against tooth damage due to accidental contact from instruments during surgical procedures in the oropharyngeal cavity. Advantage: Manufactured from high quality medical grade silicone. Can be trimmed between ribbon holes to fit adult or child. Coloured blue for easy identification. Radio-opaque. All our product range is totally latex and phthalate free Presentation: Supplied non-sterile in individual plastic bags, 20 bags per carton. Supplied sterile in individual single wrapped pouches, 20 pouches per carton. Sterilization: Sterilized by gamma irradiation, single use only.
